Wildlife Educators Summer Courses

Are you fascinated by the natural world and all of its beauty? Do you have a passion for the conservation and management of wildlife habitats and eco-system? Interested in pursuing a career in wildlife or a natural resource-related field? If so, now this summer camp is for you.

What is the program about?

Participants registered in this camp will have exposure to wildlife in general and the various activities of the Park. The program is scheduled to cover interesting aspects of topics such as Wildlife and Ecology. This will be done as enjoyable interactive sessions with professional experts.

Program schedule:

3 days (9.30 am to 12.30 pm) starts from mid-April, 20 students/Batch

Eligibility criteria:

Students 10th standard and above and individuals of the general public are eligible to register

What is the take-home of this program?

After completion of this program, the participants have a chance to become a “ZOO EDUCATOR” for Chennai Snake Park. This will allow one to have for a free pass (50 times in a year) for visiting the Park and also the wonderful opportunity to educate about our zoo animals to school kids who visit the Park. They will also get a certificate from Chennai Snake Park.

Tentative program
